and finally..

phew~ finally had the time to sit down and blog somethin.
have been super busy with work.

anw, for those who still do not know, im working at sgh now. preceptorship for 6 weeks. for the past 3 weeks, i was working at inpatient. first week was abit of work-shock. bcos the pharmacists were reallyyyy busy. from the moment they reached in the morning to late afternoon. morning i would follow my preceptor to wards, look at IMR (patient's medication records) and at case notes. so its ward after ward. AND I REALISE the real world's medical case isnt as easy as in sch. In sch, its so easy and str forward. but in the real world, its like a combination of every condition. its like... SHOWHAND. so i need SHOWHAND what i learnt. its not just vomiting everythin u learnt. but to showhand apprpriately and apply. to bear in mind that every case is different.
we had to clerk a case and present on it. the presentation was yest. phew~ im glad its over.
my case was on "cellulitis with uncontrolled diabetes".

and yest, we went dinner (which i missed it cos i went home to take car) and then SHREK after that. wheeeeeeee!

omg it was freaking GREAT!
trekking (with almost half of the journey barefooted cos my shoes chui!)- i felt like i went thru army. the descent was tough and i fell. the never-ending river was annoying cos there was so many rocks. you wun noe if you would fall in your next step. cos u cant see if tt part of the river was deep or not.
caving- seriously almost died. according to my friends, i flew off some slope which we were supposed to slide down. thanks to two guys who bravely stood in front and grabbed me. PHEW.
white water rafting.
had this hematoma(blueblack) at my shin area. still hasnt healed. OHMYTIAN.
